Digital Director Of Public Affairs
AHCA/NCAL is seeking a Digital Director of Public Affairs to improve lives by delivering solutions for quality care by leading and evolving the organization's digital engagement efforts across email marketing, digital communications, website, association management system (AMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) strategy, and emerging artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital media, business, information systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience working in digital communications, email marketing, CRM strategy, or digital marketing. Experience leading CRM and/or AMS strategy within a membership, nonprofit, healthcare, or similar organization. Experience leading email marketing and marketing automation initiatives.
Preferred
Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Salesforce Administrator or Marketing Cloud certifications. Experience working within a membership association or nonprofit organization. Experience with Salesforce CRM and enterprise system integrations. Training or certification in artificial intelligence, digital analytics, project management, or marketing automation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Communication Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital communications strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Establish standards and best practices for digital communications across departments.
Email Marketing and Marketing Automation
Lead the organization's email marketing strategy, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and campaign optimization.
Develop automated communication journeys that support membership, advocacy, education, events, and other initiatives.
AI and Digital Innovation
Identify and implement AI solutions that improve productivity, communications, and operational workflows.
Further develop organizational best practices and governance for responsible AI usage.
Website Strategy and Digital Experience
Lead the strategic direction of the association's public websites, microsites, and digital properties to ensure they support organizational goals and deliver an exceptional user experience.
Oversee website architecture, navigation, and user experience (UX) to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement.
Other duties as assigned.
