Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department Where You Will Work The Emergency Department at Atrium Health Cabarrus delivers comprehensive, high‑quality care to adult and pediatric patients. The department features a 44‑bed ED with four dedicated trauma bays and is a Level III Trauma Center. It is supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team and additional clinical resources on site. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing At least 6 months of RN experience (not for new graduates) Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred What You’ll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical decision making, communicate compassionately, and lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best experience across the continuum. Compensation Base pay range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour. Premium pay available for shift and on‑call work, incentive pay for select positions, and potential for annual performance increases.
