In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our clients. Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize part installs, quoted repairs, and servicing of clients HVAC systems Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service Accountable for following all company safety procedures Maintain up-to-date product knowledge Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred EPA - Universal Certification preferred Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred The starting base range for this position is $38.00-45.00 per hour.
