Part Time Mental Health Therapist

Clover Counseling is hiring part time virtual therapists and some in person options in Danvers. Looking for experienced social workers who are interested in seeing kids and teens virtually on afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications LICSW or LMHC required and active without disciplinary action 2 professional references required Experience with children and/or teens Willing to maintain a caseload of at least 5 clients Responsibilities Create and maintain treatment plans every 90 days (training provided) Diagnose with support and consultation as needed Schedule weekly or bi‑weekly sessions and maintain consistent scheduling according to client needs Complete insurance‑compliant documentation for each session in the electronic medical record (SOAP note) Maintain parent communication and schedule parent‑only sessions as needed Obtain an NPI number and credential with insurance companies if not already paneled Create and maintain a CAQH account for insurance purposes Familiarity with CBT or trauma‑focused therapy or other modalities (training will be provided) Exercise federal mandate to report and file child abuse and neglect reports when required Benefits Access to online tools to support effective therapy interventions for kids Create your own schedule Time off as needed with notice to owner Phone, email, and fax provided for client communication Weekly consultation with owner available Option for group supervision in the future and willingness to be part of a team Clinical CEU membership required after 90 days of employment Compensation $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience No‑show pay of $30 per session if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice #J-18808-Ljbffr
