As a Client Service Representative, you will be supporting the front desk operations of a fast-paced, 24-hour specialty hospital dedicated to exceptional patient care. In Your Day-to-Day, You Will Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and compassion. Serve as the first point of contact for emergency and specialty appointments. Manage appointments, emergency visits, admissions, and patient discharges. Process invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare, review, and maintain client and patient medical records. Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and procedures. Perform administrative duties including scanning, emailing, filing, and document management. Answer incoming calls and direct client inquiries appropriately. Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams. Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture. What You Bring Previous client service or customer service experience required; veterinary experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems. Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment. Positive, professional attitude with a collaborative mindset. Ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-stress situations. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
