If you are responsible, reliable, friendly, and fun, and would enjoy working in a gorgeous, state‑of‑the‑art environment where we cater our residents’ individualized needs, we are looking for a Personal Care Assistant for our Morning, Evening, and Night shifts, including weekends. This position is hiring on a Full‑Time and Part‑Time basis. The Fountains will provide training for new Personal Care Aides. Responsibilities Work with residents, learning their stories, and spending time ensuring they feel cared throughout the day or night. Provide support to immobile, recovering, or frail residents with company and comfort. Dispense medications, administer treatments, and assist with exercise routines as prescribed. Report changes in the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of clients to relevant parties. Provide support with personal hygiene, including bathroom visits, bathing, dressing, and brushing teeth. Engage residents in suitable activities, such as playing games, taking walks, or having conversations. Provide mobility support, including assistance with walking aids and wheelchairs. Perform light housekeeping and tidying up.
