Rhoda AI is building generalist robots and seeks Research Scientists/Engineers to advance web-scale video pretraining for robotic control. You will work on core architectures, training objectives, and scaling laws, contributing across research and engineering tracks. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience training large generative models, strong knowledge of autoregressive modeling, and fluency in PyTorch (JAX a plus).
