We’re looking for a Client Associate to: Own the Client Onboarding Journey: Guide new clients through the initial account opening process and digital tool enrollment. Execute Money movement & transactions: Manage high-priority tasks including wire transfers, journals, and ACH requests with precision. Maintain Data Excellence: Ensure all client management systems and records are accurate, compliant, and serve as the "source of truth" for the team. Drive Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate potential service bottlenecks and resolve inquiries with a "client-first" mindset before they impact the experience. Educate Clients: Proactively guide clients on account services, digital capabilities, and new platform features.
