Tarbell's and Tarbell's Tavern are located at 32nd Street and Camelback in Phoenix, AZ, offering a unique dining experience at the best Food & Wine corner in the Valley. Our establishments aim to provide exceptional hospitality and culinary delights to our guests in a vibrant and dynamic setting.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Server at Tarbell's Tavern. Servers are responsible for providing warm, professional hospitality, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, and creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional attention to detail and service.

In addition to restaurant shifts, team members have the opportunity to work private events and off-site catering throughout the Valley. Catering offers additional earning potential while providing experience in weddings, corporate events, wine dinners, and luxury private functions.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
We prefer candidates with the following qualifications. However, these are not always required. We highly value, enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

• Experience in fine dining service and knowledge of wine pairing preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
