Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a range of treatment methodologies that include exercise prescriptions, manual therapy techniques, and innovative modalities to enhance recovery and improve mobility.
• Regularly assess patient progress, documenting responses to treatment, and making modifications to treatment plans as necessary to enable the best possible outcomes.
• Provide patient education and training to ensure patients and their families understand therapeutic processes and how to safely incorporate exercises and preventive measures into their daily routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, integrating input from physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry developments by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and studying relevant literature.

Compensation and Benefits
