Job Description

Join our manufacturing team — we're immediately hiring Wiring Technicians. In this role, you'll wire and test electrical control panels using wiring diagrams and detailed work instructions. No prior panel-building experience required; if you can read schematics, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels using schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Install components such as circuit breakers, relays and power supplies.
• Route and secure wiring to meet safety and serviceability standards.
• Test electrical components and panels to confirm proper function.
• Diagnose and resolve wiring and component issues.
• Perform pressure testing, evacuation, and charging as part of the testing process..

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with electrical wiring.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Work Environment

This role is based in a large, non‑temperature‑controlled plant environment where you work on the production floor around industrial equipment and chiller systems. The environment is fast‑paced and production‑oriented, with a strong emphasis on safety, organization, and adherence to procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
