Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, critical care to adult patients in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate patient documentation (Cerner EHR)
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Educate patients and families

Requirements

• Active RN license (or willingness to obtain New Mexico/Compact license before start)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (ICU preferred)
• BLS certification required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-on Bonus:
• • $10,000 (less than 2 years experience)
  • $25,000 (2+ years experience)
