Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | Flexible start date; contract length ranging from 13 to 26 weeks | Schedule options include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10; must be available for up to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services across a broad patient population including orthopedic, geriatric, and athletic cases
• Conduct evaluations (scheduled at 1 hour each) and treatments (typically 2 per hour) with an expected caseload of 55–63 patients per week
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the Raintree EMR system
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient PT experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another setting post-clinicals
• Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week
• Ability to complete three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating orthopedic, geriatric, and athletic patient populations
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR
• Comfort working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
