Who we are

Aptura, a team from Lazard , Partners Group and McKinsey . We work with frontier AI labs to bring real investment banking and private equity expertise into how their models reason.

What the project involves

• Client-quality deliverables across IB workflows: valuation and operating models, pitch and teaser materials, comps and precedent analyses, and decks, built so a model can learn from them
• End-to-end deal tasks rather than one-off questions, built out in full (a full M&A or financing process is one example among many)
• The same standards you'd apply to real deal work, including regulated-industry expectations
