As a Retail Brand Representative, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands inside major retail locations throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. At Motus, we specialize in face-to-face marketing to help our clients build their brand awareness and connect directly with customers through in-store promotional campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for those looking to develop hands-on skills in communication, customer interaction, and brand representation!

What You’ll Do:

• Represent well- known brands in a retail setting engaging directly with customers to promote products and services.
• Build relationships through face-to-face interaction, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Participate in team building, sales training, and leadership development sessions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
