Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) Program FloaterAll Benevilla Adult Day Programs - Surprise, Sun City & Peoria, AZ $15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract ratesSchedule:30-39 hours per week between 8am-5pm Will be floating/covering as needed at any of our 3 life enrichment programs which are located in Peoria, Sun City & Surprise, AZ. (Programs closed evenings and weekends.)Make a Difference Every Day. Create Meaningful Moments. At Benevilla, our mission is simple: Enrich lives.As an Enrichment Partner, you will:Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities.Assist with personal care and daily living needs.Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates.Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment.Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.What You'll Need:Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.High school diploma or GED.1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).Ability to pass a background check.Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification.
