Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-TimeLTC Therapy Services at QuincyQuincy, MA$45–$50/hourLTC Therapy Services is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Quincy. This is an excellent opportunity to provide individualized care while helping residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.What You'll DoEvaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plansProvide skilled interventions focused on strength, balance, gait, transfers, mobility, and enduranceMonitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriateEducate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility strategiesCollaborate with PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing, and the interdisciplinary teamComplete accurate and timely clinical documentationWhy Join LTC Therapy Services?Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation teamShort-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseloadResident-focused approach to therapyContinuing education and professional growth opportunitiesQualificationsActive Massachusetts Physical Therapist license requiredGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programStrong clinical and communication skillsSkilled nursing experience preferred but not requiredNew graduates are welcome to applyBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holiday payContinuing education supportCareer advancement opportunitiesDirect Hire.
