We are a growing, multidisciplinary practice combining Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy, and Sports Rehabilitation under one roof. We’re currently looking for a passionate Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to join our collaborative team in Little Falls, NJ . Choose the Path That Fits Your Life Compensation: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour(based on experience) Guaranteed Hours: 18 hours per week with zero weekend shifts Set Schedule: Tuesdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Highlights: Enjoy 5 full days off every week while keeping a predictable income.(Additional hours available as caseload grows.) Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside chiropractors and acupuncturists to deliver comprehensive, holistic care for sports and orthopedic conditions. 100% Clinical Autonomy: Use your clinical judgment to build evidence-based care plans utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional rehab. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments. Design and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans for active orthopedic and sports-related populations. Provide high-quality manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. Track progress and modify treatment plans to help patients reach their functional goals. Collaborate with our team of chiropractors, acupuncturists, and rehab specialists to maximize patient outcomes. Maintain clean, timely documentation using our streamlined EMR system. What We’re Looking For Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT). Licensure: Active (or pending) New Jersey Physical Therapist license. Certifications: Current CPR certification. Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for sports, orthopedics, and active lifestyle rehab. Experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but motivated new graduates seeking mentorship are highly encouraged to apply!
