Qualifications
- Must hold a current Michigan RN license
- Not licensed? Apply for our Grad Nurse or Resident Care Associate position

About the Role
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a senior living environment
- Supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants
- Support a warm, hospitality-driven, resident-centered community
Key Responsibilities
- Resident ADL Support Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
- Care Plan Management Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
- Clinical Reporting Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
- Nursing Care Delivery Administer care per physician orders
- Interdisciplinary Coordination Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services
