Remote Licensure Exam Developer & Psychometrics

PSI Services

PSI Services seeks a Test Development Specialist to lead the full cycle of licensure and certification exam development, including content, psychometrics, and client collaboration. This is a full-time remote role with occasional travel up to 25% for meetings and workshops. The position requires a Master’s (Ph.D. desirable) in I/O psychology or related fields and 3+ years of test development experience, with skills in SAS/SPSS/SQL and strong project management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
