You will start as a financial professional, learn our products, develop client relationships, and, after completing training, transition into a management role. What we’re looking for Sales or managerial experience in another industry Previous experience running your own business Had an MBA or other equivalent degree Motivated to grow and succeed in a financial services career Program Overview Phase 1 – Firsthand experience as a financial professional: one year of on‑the‑job training, product knowledge, tools, and client service. Phase 2 – Transition to Associate Partner: a specialized six‑month training program focused on leading a team and recruiting. Responsibilities Sell New York Life products (life insurance, annuities, long‑term care, disability, investment products) Build and maintain client relationships Meet performance and compliance requirements After phase 2, recruit, coach, and develop a team of financial professionals Compensation & Benefits As a financial professional, you will receive commission‑based income and non‑commission support. Against promotion to Associate Partner, you will receive a salary ranging from $60,000 to $150,000 (with regional adjustments), plus bonuses tied to team performance.
