This role partners with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, design learning solutions, facilitate training programs, and measure training effectiveness. The Training Supervisor ensures employees receive the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to perform safely, effectively, and successfully throughout their careers while maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.You Will Have the Opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!Lead the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee training and development programs.Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs to support a successful transition into the organization.Develop annual training plans aligned with business objectives, workforce development priorities, and operational needs.Assess organizational, departmental, and individual training needs through collaboration with leaders and analysis of performance trends.Design, develop, and deliver engaging instructor-led, hands-on, and blended learning programs in partnership with internal and external subject matter experts.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using assessments, observations, and performance data;
