Customer Service RepresentativeHours: 8am - 5pm CST M-FResponsibilities Communicate with customers via phone and email Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Process customer quotes, orders and returns Troubleshoot and resolve product, website, shipping questions and concerns Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-onsales, and offering promotional sales items to benefit our customers. Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Data entry in various platformsQualifications At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant Call Center experience Commercial kitchen parts experience a + Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly-changing environment Experience with customer quotes, orders, and returnsWe are the only supplier who can offer such a broad assortment of OEM-equivalent parts and carefully curated product lines of this quality, often sourced from the OEM suppliers.
