Retail Merchandising Specialist - Remote -

Cencora seeks a Retail Merchandising Specialist to support distribution services across the US. This remote position, based in the Riverside/Moreno Valley/Corona CA area, involves implementing merchandising standards, managing inventory, and consulting with customers on product placement with approximately 50%+ travel.

Responsibilities

• Implement company merchandising standards and store appearance guidelines in collaboration with store personnel
• Assist new customers with initial store setup and optimize merchandise stocking techniques
• Evaluate inventory levels, place orders, and manage removal of damaged and outdated merchandise
• Execute product relocation, store resets, and implement planograms using store-specific analytical data
• Create store layout and design drawings using Visio and maintain detailed records in CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or equivalent experience
• Two to four years of directly related and progressively responsible merchandising or retail experience
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and analytical ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 50% or more within assigned territory with overnight stays
• Knowledge of ABC policies, programs, services, and retail products

Compensation: $52,000 - $81,620
