Team Lead - Oakbrook Center

Summary As a Team Lead you will be an ambassador of the brand, assisting the Store Director/Manager in coaching and developing the team while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will drive sales through clienteling, support operational processes including inventory management, and serve as a visible sales leader on the floor. The role requires supporting recruiting, training, and implementing action plans to meet store performance and product sell-through targets. Responsibilities Coach, mentor, and develop store associates; lead morning briefings and trainings. Drive personal and team sales through clienteling, new client acquisition, and conversion. Manage the sales floor, support cross-selling and handle escalated client situations. Support recruiting, talent development, and succession planning with store management. Provide product performance and market feedback to merchandising and implement action plans to maximize sell-through. Ensure brand standards, grooming guidelines, and operational policies are communicated and followed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail experience. Minimum 5 years progressive retail experience, including at least 2 years supervisory experience. Demonstrated track record of sales generation, client development, and clienteling. Strong communication and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
