Hampton Inn and Suites Plattsburgh Guest Service AgentThe Hampton Inn and Suites Plattsburgh, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Guest Service Agent to work 3 PM to 11 PM.As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our establishment.Responsibilities:Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanorCheck guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and timely processingAnswer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional mannerProvide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractionsHandle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective mannerMaintain a clean and organized front desk areaAssist with administrative tasks as neededWhat are we looking for?
