You will manage access, monitor entry activity, communicate professionally, and assist with security-related concerns while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.30 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM Tue: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM Wed: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM Thur: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM Fri: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests according to established procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed. Maintain awareness of front desk activities, report unusual activity or security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access. Support daily building operations by answering phones, providing directions, receiving deliveries, and communicating relevant information to building management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
