Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients within an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and safe functional mobility

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience working in an acute inpatient rehabilitation or similar clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team care models
• Strong documentation and communication skills
