ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to support students in school-based settings for the 2026-2027 school year. We have openings at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic, behavioral, and social success.

Position Details

• Full-Time
• 35 hours per week
• First Day of School: August 25, 2026
• Openings Available: Elementary, Middle, and High School
• School placement preference will be discussed during the interview process
• Pay: $25.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom and school environments
• Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies under the guidance of school staff
• Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs
• Assist with data collection and documentation of student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote student success
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements

• Previous behavioral support experience preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and needs
