We are currently in search of a dedicated Wealth Management Senior Business Program Manager to join our team of bank partners in the Salt Lake City, UT, OR Houston, TX marketplace . Key Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, managing, and delivering large, unusually complex, and strategic cross-functional business initiatives and programs. Uses independent judgment and exerts significant latitude toaccomplishobjectiveswithout considerable direction, providing highly creative solutions to complex problems. Collaborates with business units, Business Line Sponsors, and managers to develop solution roadmaps that support various affiliate, divisional, and corporate initiatives. Directly interacts with senior business line leadership, management, and senior customer personnel, often performing a primary project leadership role across organizational lines. Develops andmaintainsmaster programs, including comprehensive schedule, resource planning, and interdependency management. Directs andfacilitatesthe definition of program/project scope, defines project tasks, anddeterminesresource requirements to ensure projects are delivered on time, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations. Directs financial accountability for program budgets, including expert solution identification, assessment, and the creation of business and financial cases. Assesses and mitigates risk, monitors, and reports on the progress of the program and associated projects, and presents reports defining progress, problems, and solutions to stakeholders. Acts as the single point of contact and principal liaison for programs and associated projects across all impacted areas. Works closely with the leadership team to drive results outlined in the division’s 5–year strategic plan. Serves as the subject matter expert for Salesforce (SF) for the team, overseeing referrals, opportunities, pipeline management, and closed-won business tracking. Acts as the primary back-up to thePILOCcredit offering, process, and servicing. Drives other strategic affluent and wealth initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: Requires aBachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, ora relatedfield. 8+ years of experience with large or complex programs/projects, program management processes, methodologies and tools, resource and change management practices and techniques, or otherdirectly relatedexperience. (A combination of education and experience may meet requirements). Leadership experience is strongly preferred. Expert knowledge of program/project management, including methodologies, processes, tools, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling, and resource management. Expert experience in solution identification, assessment, and creation of robust business and financial cases. Exceptional strategic planning, risk management, and change management skills, with the ability toanticipate, create, and manage change. Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written). Expert negotiation and facilitation abilities tocoordinate effectively acrossbusiness lines and various levels of employees and managers. Advanced knowledge of departmental specific processes, computer applications, and wealth management-related project knowledge. Active Series 7, 66, and Insurance licensesrequired.
