Start Dates:
- August 3rd-10th
- August 24th-31st
- August 31st - September 4th (clinic only)
- September 21st - October 1st
- October 12th - November 2nd
- November 16th-30th
- December 14th - January 4th
Setting: A 199-bed hospital with Level 4 trauma services and an associated clinic.
Patient Volume:
- Clinic: 8-12 patients daily
- 24-hour coverage: 10-15 patients, with 5-10 typically handled via phone consultations
The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with clinic hours from 10 AM to 12 PM, followed by either call or elective OR/call duties. The focus will primarily be on adult patients, with pediatric cases if the candidate is comfortable.
ProceduresResponsibilities will include handling general urology cases.
EMR SystemThe electronic medical record systems in use are Athena and Meditech.
Support ServicesOur organization offers assistance with travel arrangements and credentialing, as well as malpractice coverage through Delta Locum Tenens.
