Licensed Practical Nurse

$1516.40/week - Job Summary: Providing skilled nursing care as an LVN/LPN within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. This role involves delivering quality patient care while adhering to facility protocols and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments accurately according to prescribed plans. Monitor, document, and report patient conditions and responses to care. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Ensure patient safety by maintaining proper infection control and safety procedures. Provide compassionate support to residents, maintaining their dignity and comfort. Maintain detailed, timely documentation for each patient encounter. Qualifications: Valid LVN or LPN license in the state. Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred. Ability to follow detailed protocols and write comprehensive documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
