Schedule:

• Swing Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Summary

Behavioral Health Technicians provide direct support to clients and clinical staff while ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive treatment environment. This role is essential to maintaining the daily operations of our residential treatment programs and promoting positive client outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients and treatment programs as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients.
• Monitor client activities and conduct required wellness and safety checks.
• Assist with client supervision, scheduling, and daily program activities.
• Complete accurate, timely, and professional documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure quality client care.
• Support program operations by identifying and helping resolve day-to-day issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work environments.
• Uphold client confidentiality and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Foster positive relationships with clients while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture through teamwork, integrity, and accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Commitment to a clean and sober lifestyle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass an Enhanced Background Check (paid for by employer).
• First Aid certification required (training provided by employer).
• TB test required (provided by employer).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work assigned shifts and weekends as needed.
