About This Role The Registered Nurse at Mass General Brigham is responsible for providing immediate and long-term nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to departmental standards. Highlights Location: Belmont, MA Facility: The McLean Hospital Corporation Schedule: Part-Time, Rotating What You’ll Do Accurately assess patients’ needs. Utilize multiple data sources to determine health problems and functional status. Perform point of care testing. Communicate findings effectively to healthcare team members. Document patient responses to interventions. Identify and de-escalate crisis situations. Plan and modify nursing interventions for assigned patients. Establish therapeutic alliances with patients. Administer medications safely and accurately using BMV scanning. Participate in the training and education of RNs and other healthcare providers.
