Overview Join our dynamic team as an Agricultural Equipment Technician, in our Othello, WA location, where your mechanical expertise and passion for Ag equipment will drive success in maintaining and repairing a wide range of farm and industrial equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting‑edge OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) machinery, including tractors, forage harvesters, excavators and other heavy‑duty equipment. As a vital part of our service team, you will ensure equipment operates at peak performance, supporting farmers and industrial clients with reliable solutions. Your hands‑on skills and customer‑focused approach will make a real difference every day! Good benefits. Pay up to $150,000.00 DOE to the right person. Will pay moving expenses. Duties Diagnose and repair various farm machinery and industrial equipment, including transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, air brakes, and electrical components using schematics and OEM manuals. Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, forklifts and tractors safely and efficiently during repairs or testing procedures. Conduct diagnostics on diesel engines and other powertrain systems to identify issues accurately and implement effective repairs. Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed; communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and maintenance schedules. Assist in assembling new equipment or parts following manufacturer specifications to ensure proper operation before deployment. Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive background working with farm machinery or industrial equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge of transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems and diesel engines. Skilled in using schematics for troubleshooting electrical issues or complex mechanical problems. Ability to operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, cranes, and tractor‑trailers safely. Knowledge of OEM standards for vehicle maintenance and repair; experience working with Claas or similar brands is a plus. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients or team members.
