Senior Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive complex technology programs from inception through delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilitie sLead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple technology projects and programs .Define project scope, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation .Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives .Ensure all project tasks, user stories, and Jira tickets are well-defined, actionable, documented, and prioritized .Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and dependencies .Develop project roadmaps, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery .Monitor project health, milestones, team velocity, and delivery metrics through dashboards and reporting tools .Coordinate cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities across products and technology initiatives .Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key milestones to leadership and stakeholders .Establish and continuously improve project management processes, governance, and best practices .Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams to drive successful project outcomes Required Qualificatio ns15+ yea rs of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar leadership ro le within a technology organizatio n.Proven experience leadin g large-scale Data Warehouse (DW H) an d Business Intelligence (B I) project s.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, includin g Scr um an d Kanb a n.Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-level technology programs in fast-paced environment s.Exceptional communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skill s.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using project metrics to drive decision-makin g.Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such a s Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trel lo, or similar platform s.Experience managing technical dependencies, project roadmaps, resource planning, and risk managemen Preferred Qualificati ons P, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL, or other relevant project management certificatio ns.Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics, and business intelligence ecosyste ms.Proven ability to lead geographically distributed and cross-functional tea #J-18808-Ljbffr
