If you're an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician looking for a long-term home with minimal on-call demands and a company that invests in its people, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do:

• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled service calls
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and complete approved repairs
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and leadership
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Support and mentor junior technicians as needed
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment

What We're Looking for:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple service calls efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Nate Certification is preferred, but not required
