Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This full-time position involves coordinating and delivering patient care in the operating room setting. Job Details:

• Schedule: 5 Days, 8 Hours Shift Time, Minimum of 40 Hours Per Week, starting on 09/07/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or current Compact state license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the AHA; Experience in Operating Room nursing; minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of perioperative procedures and patient safety standards; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Additional Information: The nurse will perform preoperative assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, participate in patient and family education, and assist with intraoperative procedures. Responsibilities include effective delegation, unit coordination, and contributing to a positive work environment. The role involves adhering to hospital policies and participating in organizational growth initiatives.
