Full-Time | Field Service Leadership

Pay: $33.00 per hour , plus performance-based bonuses. Expected total annual compensation: $75,000-$90,000 based on performance.

Lead From the Field

Alpine Specialty Services has served the Puget Sound since 1969. We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Supervisor to support and lead technicians across our Carpet, Air Duct, and Power Washing teams.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys being directly involved with employees and customers. You'll spend much of your time in the field observing jobs, coaching technicians, reinforcing quality standards, and helping the team improve.

Industry experience is not required. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can coach employees, maintain accountability, and help a field team perform at a high level. We'll teach you our services and provide applicable IICRC and NADCA certification training.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support for field technicians

• Spend significant time in the field observing jobs and coaching employees

• Reinforce expectations for quality, productivity, customer service, and sales

• Review technician performance, including production, upsells, callbacks, and redos

• Conduct regular coaching and performance conversations

• Help technicians improve their skills and advance within the company

• Identify performance concerns and work with leadership on appropriate next steps

• Perform quality checks and ensure service standards are consistently followed

• Respond to escalated customer concerns and help resolve issues

• Support technician onboarding, training, and ride-alongs

• Help determine when new technicians are prepared to work independently

• Lead the 7:00 AM Monday through Thursday team huddle

• Monitor proper ServiceTitan usage and required job documentation

• Support truck, equipment, and vehicle inspection standards

• Follow up on driver-safety concerns

• Help ensure technicians are prepared for upcoming jobs and schedules

Coach Performance and Quality

You'll have access to technician performance information, including production, sales results, callbacks, redos, quality, and program compliance.

Your job isn't to spend your day creating reports. It's to use that information to coach employees, recognize strong performance, address concerns, and improve results in the field.

You'll work closely with company leadership and other team members to maintain a strong balance between customer experience, workmanship, technician development, and department performance.

Learn the Services You Supervise

During your first 90 days, you'll learn Alpine's Carpet, Air Duct, and Power Washing services so you understand what your technicians are doing and what quality work should look like.

Alpine will provide and pay for applicable IICRC and NADCA training and certifications .

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience supervising, leading, or coaching employees

• Strong people-management and communication skills

• Ability to give clear feedback and hold employees accountable

• Comfortable working directly with field employees in a performance-driven environment

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to recognize quality issues and coach toward improvement

• Organized with strong follow-through

• Comfortable using performance results to guide employee coaching

• Willingness to spend significant time at customer jobsites

• Valid Washington driver's license with an insurable driving record

• Ability to report to the Mountlake Terrace shop by 7:00 AM

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, restoration, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, or another field-service environment is helpful but not required.

Experience with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Jobber, or similar field-service software is also a plus.
