This rewarding opportunity allows you to work closely with our Patient Intake coordinators and insurance providers.Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or call center environment.Data entry experience.Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.Experience working in a healthcare environment.Experience working with healthcare insurance verification or obtaining medical authorizations.Experience with specialty infusion medications.Preferred QualificationsExperience with claim/call center environment.Technical skills.Problem solving skills.Negotiation skills.Well organized.Prioritizes tasks effectively.Solid written and oral communication skills.EducationVerifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: $17.00 - $31.30Our people fuel our future.
