Primary Operator

In this role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care across the lifespan in an outpatient primary care setting. Responsibilities include patient assessments, triage, coordination of chronic disease management, medication administration, patient education, and care planning in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
