What You'll Do:

• Provide intensive care to high-acuity ICU patients, including post-op CABG, valve repair, aortic dissection, and transplant recoveries
• Monitor and manage patients with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and continuous renal replacement therapy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
• Respond to emergency events and work as part of the "Emergency Team" when needed
• Document patient status and care plans accurately
• Ensure compliance with all safety and care standards during night shifts

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, with a focus on high-acuity care
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required
• Skills in PA cath management, balloon pumps, and transplant recovery highly desirable
