CT/X-Ray Tech - Leander, TX

This is a 13-week contract position.

Rotating Weekend Shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM

Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT/X-Ray Tech to join our team for a contract position in Leander, TX. This role involves performing a variety of imaging procedures within an emergency department setting, providing vital information for patient diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

Conducting CT and X-ray imaging procedures as ordered.
Ensuring patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborating with nursing and lab staff for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

ARRT (R)(CT) certification is required.
TMB (Texas Medical Board) certification.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Trauma experience is preferred.
