Radiologist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,480-$7,670
• Location: Onsite in Boynton Beach, Florida, with coverage across two local hospital sites
• Start Date: November 1, 2026
• Opportunity Length: Long-term locum tenens coverage, approximately 52 weeks
• Schedule: Evening diagnostic radiology coverage seven days per week; Monday-Friday, 1:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. ET, or Saturday-Sunday, 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. ET
• Holiday Coverage: Holiday coverage may be available for providers interested in additional scheduling flexibility
• Practice Setting: Onsite general diagnostic radiology
• Technology: PowerScribe 360
• Productivity Expectation: Approximately 90 RVUs per shift

Diagnostic Radiologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant diagnostic radiology experience
• Board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology; board eligibility should be within five years
• Active eligibility to practice medicine in Florida, as applicable
• Ability to provide onsite evening radiology coverage and interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to timely, high-quality radiology interpretations
• Clean professional file; emergency temporary privileges may be available for qualified providers

General Diagnostic Radiologist Responsibilities

• Interpret general diagnostic imaging studies during scheduled evening shifts
• Provide onsite radiologist coverage across two local hospital sites as scheduled
• Support a diverse imaging practice that includes CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, interventional radiology, nuclear medicine, radiography, fluoroscopy, and PET
• Communicate urgent and critical imaging findings promptly to referring clinicians
• Use PowerScribe 360 to complete accurate and timely radiology reports
• Meet an expected productivity level of approximately 90 RVUs per shift while maintaining quality and patient-centered care
• Collaborate with technologists, clinical teams, and fellow radiologists to support efficient patient care
