AI/ML Architect

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Employment Type: Full-time Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holders only Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Architect to design and lead the development of enterprise-scale artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role will be responsible for building scalable AI/ML architectures, defining best practices, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, production-ready AI-driven products. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI/ML systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring Translate business requirements into scalable and secure AI/ML technical solutions Evaluate, select, and implement AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms Define best practices, standards, and governance for AI/ML model development and deployment Lead and mentor teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers Ensure AI/ML systems are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications and IT infrastructure Architect and implement cloud-based AI/ML solutions using modern platforms Support big data processing, feature engineering, and data pipeline design Drive innovation using advanced AI techniques including Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist Strong expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Agentic AI architectures Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms: AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google AI Platform Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java Experience with big data technologies and data pipeline architecture Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows Strong understanding of production-grade ML system deployment Stable career history (No job hoppers) Must be willing to work hybrid in Plano, TX Preferred Qualifications Experience building enterprise-scale AI/ML platforms Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks Experience integrating AI systems into enterprise applications Experience with distributed computing and large-scale data processing Strong system design and architecture experience Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Life insurance and disability coverage Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Employee wellness and support programs #J-18808-Ljbffr YO IT Consulting
