Senior Analyst CPFR - Kroger

Job Purpose / Summary Must be local to the Greater Cincinnati Area as the position may require on‑site attendance at the Kroger office. The role involves working with sales leadership, internal business partners, and category managers to drive supply chain and replenishment activities that support in‑stock goals, forecast accuracy, internal AOP, and fill rate metrics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and distribute daily business reports and recaps to internal teams to provide clarity on in‑stock positions and potential issues due to supply chain opportunities. Collaborate with sales, planning, and CPFR Category Managers on planning, forecast alignment, and order management; monitor DOS goals, alert leadership to trending over/under conditions, and align forecasting with order activity. Review and influence in‑stock positions at store and DC levels by analyzing the pipeline daily for items below goal; provide recommendations to improve performance. Monitor markdowns weekly and review demand forecasts for upward trends; coordinate with Tyson sales manager to resolve concerns. Compare daily orders against the supply plan (customer forecast) and communicate opportunities. Work with internal partners and Kroger divisions to move close‑dated or distressed product. Manage the weekly allocation file to understand available inventory and advise on product allocation; communicate overconsumption opportunities. Support the CPFR Buying team with category management opportunities for product movement, identify inventory redirect opportunities, and collaborate with sales to drive systematic decisions within the Tyson network. Identify phantom inventory by comparing store on‑hand versus POS data and work with replenishment to correct inventory positions. Communicate late trucks and their impact on in‑stock positions to Kroger and Tyson sales teams. Assist in root‑cause resolution of ORAD related opportunities. Partner with customer service on truck optimization, case‑pick targets, and lead‐time compliance to drive cost‑saving efficiencies. Represent Tyson Supply Chain by attending scheduled meetings with the customer and serve as the 1st line of communication on all replenishment related activity. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience. Experience: 3+ years in forecasting, demand planning, or replenishment. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access. Kroger experience preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Special Skills: Time management, multitasking, problem solving, and teamwork. Supervisory Experience: None required. Travel: Local travel as needed. Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America) Pay Range / Rate: $77,000.00 - $129,000.00 Incentives: Annual Incentive Plan - Yes; Long‑Term Incentive Plan - No Background checks may be required for certain roles.
