Underwriter and Risk Management Analyst

Responsibilities Manage a comprehensive commercial insurance program, including working with brokers and coordinating with audits of risk management and insurance. Analyze exposures, set pricing, and make acceptance decisions within underwriting authority. Communicate coverage and technical differences clearly to brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders and review insurance contracts. Collaborate cross-functionally with management and stay current on legal, regulatory, and case law developments that impact underwriting practice. Prepare reports on insurance coverage, premiums, and claims for upper management. Manage certificates of insurance, claims, and the full claims process cycle. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in risk management, insurance, or a related compliance role, preferably within insurance. Skilled at multitasking, communicating effectively, and driving tasks through to completion. Strong understanding of insurance policy structures, terms, and conditions. Demonstrated experience managing a comprehensive commercial insurance program. Experience managing certificates of insurance and claims and the full claims process cycle.
