About the Position

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: PT License (PA or COMPACT) Certifications: EPIC experience required Must-Have: COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Description: Schedule requirements include Monday through Thursday. Two days will be from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and two days will be from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit. If the candidate passes, they will be sent to the manager for a final decision. Clinical screens will be conducted on a case-by-case basis. Interviews will be conducted by the manager. Float may be required across county lines if patient care is deemed necessary. Position could involve caring for COVID patients. This is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility. Notification regarding this requirement is necessary prior to the submission of candidates. Local candidates will be considered at a lower rate. RTO (Requested Time Off) is preferred to be minimized to a maximum of 7 days. Evening and weekend shift coverage is not required. No call requirements for this position. Candidate will care for adults and geriatric patients. Daily patient census and the number of visits per day may vary. Special procedures and equipment specific to the position will be detailed during the onboarding process. Travel compliance must be maintained, and RTO should adhere to the specified maximum. All applicants must hold a current PT license in the state of Pennsylvania or a compact license. Certifications required include AHA or ARC only. Candidates must possess skills in various areas of physical therapy including evaluation and assessment, patient education, and specific treatment modalities. Additional skills may be preferred based on prior experience and patient needs.
