Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance

Location Highlights

Salem offers access to both outdoor recreation and city amenities in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley. Riverfront City Park sits along the Willamette River near downtown, and Silver Falls State Park is about 25 miles east with more than 35 miles of trails and multiple waterfalls.
