Position Overview Northwell Health's Department of Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Board-Certified / Board Eligible Inpatient Psychiatrist to join our dynamic Inpatient Psychiatric Unit at Zucker Hillside Hospital. In this impactful role, you will be a vital member of a 3-physician-run Adult Psychiatry Unit, leading a dedicated sub-team that includes social workers, rehabilitation therapists, and nursing staff. This position offers significant opportunities for academic engagement, allowing you to supervise and teach diverse behavioral health trainees, such as medical students, residents, and psychiatry track nurse practitioner students. Furthermore, you will have the chance to collaborate with our nationally recognized Psychiatry Research program, contributing to advancements in the field.
